In this video, I'll show off some of the best ways I've found to use the New ChatGPT Voice on Desktop. This truly is the closest thing to Jarvis that the average person has ever had access to. Want to save time, get more leverage, and stop figuring this AI stuff out from scratch? I put the clearest map and support inside the AI Advantage Club Enjoy! :)

🎩 One AI Assistant Can't Wear Four Hats. Build a Team Instead.
If you've set up an AI workspace for your business, you've probably felt both the relief and the ceiling. The relief is real: finally, an assistant that remembers your context instead of starting from scratch every time. The ceiling shows up a little later, when you notice it's decent at everything and genuinely good at nothing. Picture how it goes. You built one Business workspace and loaded it with everything: your brand voice, your client list, your pricing, your processes, your goals. It made sense at the time. One place for the whole business. Then you ask it to write a punchy social post, and it comes back sounding like a polite client email. You ask it to draft a warm note to a client, and it's suddenly clipped and efficient like an operations memo. You ask it to help systematize a process, and it wanders off into marketing ideas. Each answer is close, and none of it is quite right. You're editing every time, and you can't figure out why an assistant that knows so much still misses. ---------- THE REAL PROBLEM ---------- The problem is not "the AI isn't good enough." The problem is "I'm asking one workspace to be a marketer, a client manager, and an operations lead all at once, and those are different jobs." Marketing wants a creative, persuasive voice. Client communication wants professional warmth. Operations wants blunt efficiency. Those aren't just different topics, they need different tones, different reference material, and different instructions. When all of it lives in one workspace, the assistant is constantly guessing which hat to wear, and it guesses wrong as often as right. That's not a capability problem. It's a structure problem. You've hired one generalist to do four specialists' jobs. ---------- WHY THIS MATTERS ---------- A generalist workspace quietly caps how useful AI can be for you. Because every answer needs correcting to fit the actual job, you never quite trust the output. The marketing copy needs a rewrite for tone. The client email needs warming up. The process doc needs the marketing tangents cut. The assistant saves you some time, but not the amount it should, because you're always doing the last mile by hand.

Being Busy Is Not a Business Strategy.
The most dangerous kind of procrastination isn't scrolling social media. It's staying busy. Answering emails. Tweaking your website. Organizing your Notion. Listening to another podcast. Researching one more tool. At the end of the day you look exhausted, your to-do list is mostly checked off, and somehow your business is in... basically the exact same place. Here's the uncomfortable truth: Your business doesn't care how busy you were. It cares whether you did the handful of things that actually create momentum. Most entrepreneurs don't have a time management problem. They have a priority problem. Busy feels productive because it gives you the dopamine hit of finishing something. But a lot of the work that actually grows your business is uncomfortable. It's making the sales call. Publishing the post. Sending the email. Asking for the partnership. Launching before you feel ready. Those things don't usually get checked off as quickly. They also happen to be the things that move the needle. So here's an exercise. Grab your to-do list. Next to every task, ask yourself: If I finished this today, would it directly help me get a customer, make a sale, improve my product, or build trust with my audience? If the answer is yes, circle it. If the answer is no, ask yourself a second question: Does this actually need to happen this week? You'll be surprised how much of your list is just maintenance. Necessary? Sometimes. Urgent? Usually not. Then do one more thing. Before you close your laptop today, identify the one task that would make tomorrow feel like a win before it even starts. Write it down. Tomorrow morning, do that first. Not after email. Not after Slack. Not after "just checking a few things." First. Because momentum isn't created by doing more. It's created by doing the things that matter before the things that are easy. Question: Look at today's to-do list. Which task actually moves your business forward? And which one has been disguising itself as "productive"?
🌙 Blueprint After Dark: Designing Security at 1000% 🔐
Grand setting, Skool family! 🌃💜 Tonight, I’m operating in full invention mode—designing new ways to examine every digital doorway, permission level, data pathway, handoff, and decision point within my AI architecture. My goal is to maintain a 1000% security mindset by creating multiple layers of protection that support and verify one another. That includes strict access boundaries, automatic pause signals, secure handoff procedures, detailed activity records, backup plans, recovery options, and human approval wherever judgment or sensitive information is involved. 🛡️ I’m not only checking whether everything works when the instructions are clear and the system behaves exactly as expected. I’m also testing what happens when information is incomplete, two instructions conflict, an unusual request appears, or an agent attempts to move outside its assigned role. Unexpected situations are often where the most important security lessons are discovered. Every member of my architecture—my Advisory Board, Business Agent, and Family Agent—must understand: 🔐 What information it is permitted to access ⛔ What actions are completely outside its authority ⏸️ When it must pause instead of proceeding 🔄 When a task requires a secure handoff 🚨 What conditions should trigger an immediate alert 👑 When the final decision must return to me Some responsibilities may need more than one ordinary safeguard. Sometimes, protecting what matters may take a “QUADRUPLE LOCK”—four independent layers standing between a request and its execution: 🔒 Lock One: Verify the request and its source 🔒 Lock Two: Confirm the agent has the correct permission 🔒 Lock Three: Review the action for security risks and possible consequences 🔒 Lock Four: Require my human authorization before anything moves forward If even one lock does not pass inspection, the entire process pauses. No shortcuts, no guessing, and no silently continuing. Sometimes one lock is not enough—and even a double or triple lock may not meet the level of protection the situation demands. 🔐🔐🔐🔐
The 3-Step System I Use to Create a Full Week of Content in Under 30 Minutes
I used to spend 4-5 hours every week creating social media posts. Writing captions, figuring out what to say, trying to sound consistent across platforms. Then I built a simple AI-powered system and now the whole process takes me about 25 minutes. Here's the breakdown: Step 1: Brain dump your expertise (5 min) Open a doc and write down 7 things you know about your niche that most people don't. Don't overthink it. These can be tips, mistakes you've seen, counterintuitive lessons, or behind-the-scenes insights. This becomes your "content seed bank" for the week. Step 2: Use AI to expand each seed into a full post (15 min) Take each seed and feed it into ChatGPT or Claude with a prompt like: "Turn this insight into a LinkedIn/Instagram post. Use a hook in the first line, include a personal story or example, and end with a question or CTA." Review each one, tweak the voice so it sounds like YOU (not like a robot), and you're done. Step 3: Batch schedule everything (5 min) Drop all 7 posts into a scheduler. I use a simple automation workflow that pushes content to multiple platforms at once — LinkedIn, Instagram, X, even Facebook. One upload, multiple platforms. The game-changer here isn't the AI itself — it's the system. Most people open ChatGPT with no plan, ask it to "write me a post," and get generic garbage. When you start with YOUR ideas and use AI as a writing assistant (not the brain), the output is 10x better. I've been running this exact workflow for about 3 months now and my engagement has actually gone UP, not down. People can't tell the difference because the ideas are still mine — AI just helps me articulate them faster. Quick tip: If you want to level it up even more, repurpose each post into 2-3 formats. One LinkedIn post can become an Instagram carousel, a short video script, and a tweet thread. Now your 7 seeds become 20+ pieces of content. Who else here is using AI to speed up their content workflow? I'd love to hear what's working for you — drop a comment below with your biggest content bottleneck and I'll share how I'd automate it.
