The Challenge: We had just two weeks from start to finish. The winning criteria required at least 25% of a working project. The Journey: Honestly? I almost gave up. The team members who initially pushed me to join this hackathon (one I'd never even heard of!) weren't delivering the results I hoped for. But now I feel blessed and deeply thankful that I accepted the challenge, took responsibility as the leader, and submitted our demo—even though it was far from perfect.
