The real battle isn’t out there. It’s in your mind.
I’m reading a book called The War of Art and I’m reminded that the real enemy to our progress isn’t lack of talent… it’s resistance. Resistance shows up as hesitation. As overthinking. As “I’ll start tomorrow.” As telling yourself you need one more tutorial, one more plan, one more perfect moment. But the truth is, resistance doesn’t show up when something doesn’t matter. Resistance shows up when you’re getting close to the thing that could change your life. So if you feel the pull to procrastinate today…If your mind is trying to talk you out of learning something new…If you're convincing yourself you’re not ready yet… Good. That’s the signal. That means you’re right on the edge of growth. Instead of trying to defeat resistance in one big heroic moment, do what actually works: Show up for one small action. Learn one thing. Try one messy draft. Take one uncomfortable step. You don’t need to win the war today. You just need to win this moment. Because motion breaks resistance. Momentum quiets the fear. And once you start, everything gets easier. So ask yourself: What is the one simple thing you can do today...right now...that Resistance doesn’t want you to do? Do that. Post it below. Let’s make today the day we move forward anyway.

📰 AI News: OpenAI Says Enterprise AI Is Now Saving Workers An Hour A Day
📝 TL;DR OpenAI just released its first State of Enterprise AI 2025 report, and the numbers are big. Across nearly 100 enterprises, workers using AI say they save 40 to 60 minutes a day and 75 percent report better speed or quality in their work. 🧠 Overview This new report looks at how real companies are actually using tools like ChatGPT Enterprise and the OpenAI API, not just what is theoretically possible. It blends a survey of 9,000 workers with live product usage data to show where AI is driving value and where organizations are getting stuck. For anyone building an AI-powered business or career, it’s a clear signal that AI is moving from experiments to embedded workflows. 📜 The Announcement On December 8, 2025, OpenAI released The State of Enterprise AI 2025, its first deep dive into how enterprises are adopting AI at scale. The report covers nearly 100 companies and 9,000 workers across industries, focusing on ChatGPT Enterprise and API usage patterns. It finds that 75 percent of workers using AI say it improves the speed or quality of their work, with typical users saving 40 to 60 minutes daily and heavy users gaining more than 10 hours a week. ⚙️ How It Works • Survey plus usage data - OpenAI combined a survey of 9,000 employees with real ChatGPT Enterprise and API telemetry to understand not just what people think about AI, but what they actually do with it day to day. • Time and quality impact - Across the sample, 75 percent of workers say AI improves speed or quality, with most saving 40 to 60 minutes per day and heavy users reporting more than 10 hours a week reclaimed from routine tasks. • Cross-functional adoption - IT, marketing, product, HR, and engineering teams all report gains, from 87 percent of IT workers seeing faster issue resolution to 73 percent of engineers shipping code faster and 75 percent of HR professionals improving employee engagement. • Frontier users pulling ahead - The top 5 percent of workers send around 6 times more AI messages than the median, and frontier firms send roughly 2 times more messages per seat, showing that deeper engagement with AI compounds performance gains.

And just trying to get my footing with All the we said and catching up with the lesson I missed because of other urgent circumstances in my life. I realize nothing changes unless something changes, so I'm publicly recommitting to restarting not only my coaching course but this AI course, both of which I've invested significant money and time into, but not completed per the ideal. #YAYME! #RECOMMITING
Truth-bomb Tuesday
Most people don’t start something like a Skool community or business because they think they’re not “expert enough.” They believe they need more credentials, more experience, more authority. Not true. You don’t need to be the top voice in an industry to own a community/business. You only need to be one chapter ahead. A simple rule: 1,000 hours of doing something makes you a subject-matter expert to someone just starting. You don’t need to know everything — just more than the people you’re helping. Think about Frank Abagnale in Catch Me If You Can. As a high school student, he taught college classes by staying one chapter ahead of the students. He didn’t have the full degree — he just had the next lesson figured out. That’s all leadership really is. Creators/ Problem Solvers aren’t perfect experts. They’re guides who turn around and help others walk the path they’ve already covered. So stop waiting until you feel “ready.” If you’ve logged the hours, your voice already matters. What’s your 1,000 hour-thing?
