This Is What Commitment Actually Looks Like
I just want to take a moment to say this... I’m genuinely proud of you. Not because this is easy. Not because you have it all figured out. But because you’re leaning into the work anyway. Adapting is uncomfortable. Learning new tools stretches you. Changing how you think, move, and operate takes effort. And most people avoid that. Most people wait until it feels simple. Until it feels familiar. Until someone else proves it first. You didn’t. You are committed to the tools. You are staying in the room. You choose to get better instead of staying comfortable. That tells me everything I need to know. When things change and you don’t opt out… When you feel resistance and lean in anyway… That’s what separates the few from the many. This is how real growth happens. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But consistently. Keep going. You’re exactly where you should be.

Great Small Businesses Are Best Built by Teams!!
Do you see the opportunities here at the AI Advantage? Small businesses do not win because one person works harder than everyone else. They win because people work together. They are the ones where owners, partners, and employees trust each other, talk openly, and solve problems more quickly. They act and work as a team. When people work together, better decisions get made more quickly. Strategic partnerships are just as important. Small businesses thrive when they build strong relationships with related vendors, advisors, and local partners. You do not need to do everything yourself. The right partners, possibly here right under our noses, extend your skills and give you support when it matters most. This is especially true for all of us today as we face new tools, new technologies, and new expectations. Strong teams create strong businesses. If you are a small business owner, ask yourself this simple question: “Are we working together, or are we just working hard?” Let's work together!
Support needed
A few small questions please: 1. How sure are you that Chat GPT and any other such models etc will remain affordable? I feel cautious that we'll be enticed in, made dependent, then costs could rocket . . . 2. Is there a way of easily and quickly organising previous chats, rather than just one long eternal list? 3. Is it right that, within a project, the list of previous chats, only stays within the project, listed in the centre of the screen, under the field we right in? So then we'd have to search more than once, in the different lists/projects (ie, for quick generic questions, I just ask Chat GPT straight, not in a project)?? 4. How will I know or find any responses to this post?? Crazy question in a way, coz if i don't know how to view your answer may never know!! 🤣 5. Can others join this program going forward, how/when? I'm guessing you'll run it again (when you've had a breather!!). And, as things will ever be evolving, will we be able to resit, future versions of this course please? Many thanks Lisa x
