Over the last week I’ve been experimenting with something unexpected: Using AI to build a structured narrative OS — not just for writing, not just for music, but for processing experiences and turning them into coherent creative output. Today I wanted to share the first prompt that started the whole thing. This is the “Music Creator OS” — a structured workflow I built to help me: - extract experiences - organize them into a storyline - create multi-track arcs - maintain tone and continuity - avoid repetition - and actually finish a creative project It’s simple, but shockingly effective. Just finished putting up the Christmas lights. Yeah, I know we live in the AI era where you can automate pretty much anything… but this? Nah. This is one of those things I’m doing myself until my body taps out and tells me otherwise. There’s something about climbing the ladder, untangling the mess, stepping back and seeing the house light up that just hits different. Feels like the one tradition I don’t ever want AI to touch. Lights are up.

Am glad to be in this and am ready to learn

I love attending Tony sessions. My first was in 2016 after my first cancer recovery. I was running a company and had to shut it down due to my health. I took a job teaching and started doing my art again. In the stacking session led by Tony, I said I wanted to be a powerful artist. I forgot to ask about getting paid, lol. Now, 10 years later, having cancer-related surgery again. In 2025, I am redefining myself. I will be very specific, I am driven, have the vision, I am decisive, and am relentless in achieving my goals. The universe delivers. I can't wait for tomorrow.
