How are you structuring and prioritizing growing ecosystems/products without everything turning into operational chaos?

I’m building multiple operational systems/workflow platforms and I’m realizing the hardest part is no longer ideas.

It’s:

• simplification

• infrastructure

• prioritization

• execution flow

• reducing founder bottlenecks

At what point did you realize:

“Okay… I need systems for the systems now” 💀
