What's the Best AI Tool to Create Images

I am working on a Power Point presentation for my workshop, and I need some images created from scratch to match the different topics I will be discussing. I have used ChatGPT to create images from scratch, but when it comes designing people for my images, the people it designs have this childlike look. So, can someone please share what tool would be the best AI tool that creates images for my project and that would also allow me to easily bring in the image into a Power Point slide? The presentation is about author coaching, so I can't have images that have a cartoon look, lol.
