What to do with an Impersonizing Bot

Shapes Inc, a site to create AI bots used to form communities and friendships.

A friend of mine recently did a Google search of herself and found a bot made just like her on the site, very accurately completed. It is distressing her, the site invites others to talk to the bot and have conversations and ask questions to get answers ( as a teacher) How would she go about having the Bot deleted. Should she be concerned that someone has essentially impersonated her?
