Over the course of this AI boot camp, I compiled two years of my Google Docs — all my fitness pursuits, goals, and personal records — and used Claude AI in collaboration with my own training, which I'd documented in Google Gemini Pro. Claude accessed those docs and worked across multiple markdown files, PDFs, and more to turn two years of real training into a finished, structured book.
It's the same system I used to train and coach myself to a full-ROM 1,097.5 lb three-rep max on leg press and an 825 lbs. six-rep max on hack squat.
The biggest takeaway for me: AI didn't do the work — I did the two years of training. AI helped me organize, structure, and produce it into something real. That human-plus-AI workflow is the whole lesson here.
