Trying to cancel future billing

I tried the first month for 1$ and now my credit card it being charger $35 for the next month.

I want to cancel future charges but the only way to do this is through the website that requires a password to open my account. I do not the password and have sent emails to support but the AI assistant responds that someone will contact me but it does not happen.

Any ideas what to do?
