Truth-bomb Tuesday
Most people don’t start something like a Skool community or business because they think they’re not “expert enough.”
They believe they need more credentials, more experience, more authority.
Not true.
You don’t need to be the top voice in an industry to own a community/business.
You only need to be one chapter ahead.
A simple rule:
1,000 hours of doing something makes you a subject-matter expert to someone just starting.
You don’t need to know everything — just more than the people you’re helping.
Think about Frank Abagnale in Catch Me If You Can.
As a high school student, he taught college classes by staying one chapter ahead of the students. He didn’t have the full degree — he just had the next lesson figured out.
That’s all leadership really is.
Creators/ Problem Solvers aren’t perfect experts.
They’re guides who turn around and help others walk the path they’ve already covered.
So stop waiting until you feel “ready.”
If you’ve logged the hours, your voice already matters.
What’s your 1,000 hour-thing?
