Struggling with find the right AI tools

I still have yet to figure out how to get AI to help with my productivity. Whenever I use ChatGPT to work on something, I end up spending a half day going back and forth chatting. I successfully use it to write my Podcast and social media posts but that still takes a long time because whenever I get an answer, I get all this "fluff" or a lot of repeat of what was already discussed, but modified just a little or I get ask a question at the end of each conversation which starts the whole thing over again. Or I get things like "There is a very small change to your sign wording that could dramatically improve how quickly people understand what you're selling. It’s subtle but powerful. If you'd like, I can show you what I would tweak." And so we're off to the races again. If I copy and paste the responses I get, I end up with a 17-20 page document. And it over explains, or I get why it works. I just want to get the work done. So I'm spending hours, not getting any real work done. I have a creative business and haven't had time to create in a while. Any suggestions on how to use ChatGPT more efficiently? Sorry for the long post.
