This is where all the folks who have spent a ton of $ are now realising that it's not that easy and you need to make and actual effort to get results and there are hundreds of things going wrong and it's now almost worse than it was.

Super normal, and expected. Been there dozens of time.

1 - Get out of problem fixing mode and get into Solution Creation mode.

2 - Start from the ground up. Build ONE small thing. (Check Emails, Create a Quote, Summarise Briefings.)

3 - Live for an MVP - Minimum Viable Product is the IDEAL place to start, it has to be a little rough around the edges.

4 - Fix something for YOU first. If you can explain it for you, there are hundreds of people exactly like you <- THAT is your niche.

5 - Avoid getting stuck with "What's the best this and that waste of time. - Get A Claude account, pay $20 us a month, and get cracking. Even if only to learn the free content on Anthropic (which is massive)

Be relentless and have grit.
