I'm trying to do a big filling cleanup in order to streamline my file retention processes and I'm having trouble trying to find a good system. When I think about how I'd like for things to happen (I create a file, but some form of AI automation will take care of naming it. putting it in a correct folder, adding any labels or additional fields for filtering, retention, review dates, archiving etc). Is there any AI tools that would support my vision? Also wanting it to be able to sort through all of my existing Sharepoint files / folders to get it set up! I feel like it's a bit of a bit of a unicorn - but hopeful there may be something out there!
