Request: Can We Have Step-by-Step Automation Training for Our Agents?

Hi AIA Team and Igor,

Thank you for the amazing training so far. It has opened a new world of possibilities for us, and I’m grateful for everything we are learning.

I would like to make a clear request on behalf of myself and many others who are building our agents through GPTs.

During the Summit, we were introduced to automation and what it can do. However, what many of us now urgently need is not just what automation is, but how to actually build it — step by step — so our agent can truly support our business.

My clone helped me create an operating agent inside GPTs, and my goal is for this agent to assist me with real, daily business tasks. To bring this to life, we need practical training on how to implement the automations.

Here are specific examples of what would help:

• How to connect our agent to Google Calendar so it can create, update, move, or delete events through natural language

• How to automate posting across social media platforms

• How to let the agent comment, reply, or engage on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn• How to send automated emails after a session or appointment

• How to trigger follow-up emails, reminders, confirmations, or thank-you messages• How to set up automated newsletters that send weekly or monthly

• How to connect the agent to external tools (like Make.com or similar) with clear instructions

• How to build workflows such as: “After a coaching session ends, send the client a recap email, update the calendar, and create the next task”

We truly need a dedicated training session — or tutorial — that walks us through exactly how to set up these automations, from mapping fields, to using APIs, to integrating external tools.

This would make a tremendous difference in bringing our agents to life and allowing them to support our business operations in a meaningful way.
