This is an interesting challenge. Residential real estate is going through a seismic change. In the next 2 or 3 years, this industry won't look anything like it is now. We are likely to eliminate MLS in the next 12 to 18 months. We are already seeing the major consumer sites (Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com) partnering with the major brokerage brands (Compass, KW, Exp, etc). The solo agent is close to dead, replaced by teams, which in turn are being gobbled up by larger teams. At the same time, there are an endless number of vendors selling AI solutions and/or training. There are a ton of agents (1.5M active, 3M licensed) who spend a ton of money on products and services.
So how the f*** do we get our arms around the AI path forward in 1) sales, 2) marketing, 3) operational functions, 4) recruiting? YIKES!!!! Please Help!!!!
