Prompt Engineering
Someone asked me what is prompt engineering?
I thought my reply might be useful for others here…
This is my own understanding and probably glosses over the tech stuff a bit.
when you ask say ChatGPT a question… eg create a LinkedIn post about Sales Follow Up… it uses its general LLM knowledge
You can ask it way more detailed and specific things, and if you do that regularly … you create a prompt… guidance on your question, scope of work, output format requested etc
When you make your own custom GPT you type in a prompt to ensure it understands the guidelines you want it to follow.
Prompt engineering is a skill…
Ask a better question, you will get a better answer.
Write a better prompt, get better output from your AI
