Curious how others here are approaching this—
Are you using AI mainly for:
  • content / outreach
  • building products
  • or actually improving conversion inside your systems?
What I’ve been noticing is that AI can scale output really quickly…
But if the structure underneath isn’t solid, it just scales inefficiency.
Especially in sales:
  • leads respond but don’t book
  • conversations start but don’t progress
  • pipelines look full but don’t close
So lately I’ve been thinking more about how AI can be used to:
  • guide follow-up
  • define next best actions
  • tighten the gaps between steps
