Love the Bootcamp but struggle...

Working in Finance I still struggle with which task AI/Claude can assist me with. All the prompt we got yesterday none really apply to any task I do daily. Its either very manually from paper to be entered or in a software. Answering a lot of calls and emails, meetings etc. For my personal goals yes Claude can help with better plan for health and track it but where I need to save time is with work task. Any ideas are much appreciated 🙏
