Invideo AI issues

I have been trying out InVideo and I seem to be struggling to create something I can use professionally. I have recently tried to upload voice recordings along with video and images from a recent event and simply want them piecing together, but it struggles first with the uploads and then in compiling it as instructed. Does anyone else have an issue using this tool or is it me?

I have subscribed to the pro version, but think I might be cancelling it. Do any of you use another tool that works more efficiently?
