I need some help

Hi everyone, My Claude account was disabled with the error: "This organization has been disabled."

This happened after I went through an age verification prompt a few weeks ago. I am now 18 years old (officially reached legal age recently), so I should be eligible to use the platform. I have already submitted the official appeal form and sent emails to support (Case ID: 215474031330323), but it's been several weeks and I haven't received any response.

Has anyone dealt with this specifically regarding age verification? How long does it usually take, or is there a better way to get their attention?
