How to Run Claude Code and OpenClaw on the Same Claude Max Sub Without Revoking OAuth Each Time?

I'm using my Claude Max subscription with OpenClaw, which authenticates through OAuth. The problem is that Claude Max only allows one OAuth connection at a time — so whenever I want to switch between Claude Code and OpenClaw, I have to go into Settings > Claude Code and revoke the existing token first. I can't have both services authenticated simultaneously. Has anyone found a workaround to keep both Claude Code and OpenClaw connected to the same Claude Max subscription at the same time?
