How to optimize a medical practice

I have a medical practice with around 50 employees and eight providers. We use an electronic medical record. So far we use ChatGPT and Microsoft copilot. We use projects. But since we have different departments and we’re using an electronic record, it just seems all over the place. Any advice on what we can start using AI for to improve precision but also decrease work needed. I’m still learning how to navigate this. Have there been any videos on something similar?
