How I booked multiple calls this week using one DM cadence
I’ve been testing a really simple LinkedIn DM cadence over the last week and it’s been booking me calls with founders, investors and operators across real estate, investing and other spaces.
Nothing fancy, no crazy tools, just a structured way of:
  • opening the conversation without sounding salesy
  • getting real replies from serious people
  • then turning that into a 15–20 min call without pressure
I recorded a quick Loom walking through:
  • the exact messages I used
  • real convo screenshots
  • the “why” behind each line (so you can adapt it, not just copy/paste)
  • the whiteboard cadence I’m using to keep it stupidly simple
