I’m a real estate investor focused on raising capital and acquiring 50–100 unit multifamily deals. Our buy box is primarily C-class properties in B-class neighborhoods, targeting secondary and tertiary markets around Raleigh, North Carolina. We focus on opportunities where strong operations, strategic renovations, and solid market fundamentals can create real value for both residents and investors.

I joined this community because I’m serious about learning how AI can help me move faster, make better decisions, improve marketing, streamline deal flow, and scale capital raising. I’m especially interested in using AI for investor outreach, underwriting support, systems, and content.
