Hey everyone, I’m Lina from Lithuania - a country full of forests, rivers and lakes, a place that feels like a constant retreat now. I left a fast-paced London career after burning out and it took me a long long time to find my way back to myself through forest therapy. I wish I had those tools earlier... Now my partner and I have a small business helping other people to melt their stresses with a small holistic health business — sauna rituals, massages, accommodation, bee therapy and forest therapy. I’m here to learn how AI can support what we do in order to help people more efficiently. There is too much overwhelm and suffering going on and we believe everyone deserves to experience the best in well-being - physically, emotionally and spiritually too. Cannot wait to meet the tribe!
