Having an opinion on AI is not the same as understanding it.
Most of the loudest voices in your feed have one of those.
The influencer with 200k followers who learned ChatGPT six months ago is not the same as someone who has built systems, broken them, fixed them, and done it again.
The difference matters — a lot — when you're making real decisions about your business.
Bad information dressed up in confidence is more dangerous than no information at all.
At least ignorance is honest about what it doesn't know.
The people I've seen get the most out of AI share one thing: they stopped trying to impress anyone with it and started using it to solve actual problems.
Not the theoretical problems. The real ones sitting in their workflow right now.
That's where fluency actually comes from. Not from following someone who just discovered it.
