Good morning AI users, 2 problems with Chat Gpt

I am using my clone to create content for my app and the process is I give an audio file of my ideas and ask Chat to organize them. The process can belong with back and forth interactions to refine it to the final script. Often at one point Chat starts bugging. I know that the thread is long but I am reluctant to start a new chat and have to give so much context yet again.

Is there a way to avoid that?

Despite placing in the settings and in my clone that I want bluntly honest answers and no inventions that is not verified, I often get dragged into rabbit holes until Chat bluntly says he can’t do x y and z. For instance I asked Chat if he could format screenshots of my app for App Store submissions: I send the files using the plus button and then for 10 mn chat tells me that I need to upload them, it sends me to a new chat to find this elusive upload button. In the end I sent all to a designer. How can I set Chat to be honest on what it can and cannot do without dragging me into holes that waste my time ?
