Forget the idea that AI money comes from building software
The quickest wins I’ve seen come from services.
Specifically outbound lead generation.
You pick a business with high ticket offers.
You use AI to automate their outreach.
You book meetings.
You charge a retainer because results compound over time.
If a client closes one deal from your system, you are already worth your fee.
Everything else is upside.
You do not need a team.
You do not need ads.
You do not need to be technical beyond setup and strategy.
You are basically selling leverage.
