For 3 years I dabbled with AI, but this question changed everything...
Chat already knows my business, priorities, and schedule constraints. I've been using it for planning and scheduling since 2023, and while it's memory might not go back that far, it knows enough.
In all that time, I never asked it the question Igor suggested on the bonus day: "what hard truth do I need to know?" I didn't even give it any more context to the question, except I asked within my business offer project.
The hard truth I got: AI is a distraction from sales. I don't need an AI assistant or to be thinking about agents. To hit my 3-month goals and 6-month goals, all I need to do is focus on sales, with a minimal, consistent presence on LinkedIn, so prospects have a way to see what I'm all about.
This was already my instinct, which is why I didn't sign up for the 30-day program. In the last 15 minutes, I just got back about 6 hours/week.
More than the actual hours, it probably got me back 12 hours of time per my calendar... I wasn't obeying my calendar anyway for those other 6 hours.
More than anything, it challenged me to think different. Almost every time I started typing "but..." I had to admit AI was right.
Next will be to have it help me set my new 6-month schedule, minus 80% of the social calendar I had in place.
I will continue to work toward a clone and agents, but as a reward for getting ahead of schedule, not an immediate business goal.
