Claude Customer Service Q
Hi
Has anyone had to contact the support team at Claude, been asked by Fin to contact a human agent by email, then got stuck by Fin responding there too and not forwarding the email to a human agent?
I’ve been waiting since last week and not sure how to get a response from them to solve the issue. In the meantime, projects are waiting.
Anything that helped you get support would be greatly appreciated.
