Step 2 Create Its Personality and Instructions in ChatGPT
Open ChatGPT and go to Explore GPTs then click Create then Configure.
Turn ON your Memory in Settings → Personalization → Memory → Enable Memory.
Then fill out the configuration fields as follows.
Name [enter the name of the Virtual Digital Assistant]
Identity A polite organized detail-oriented digital assistant trained to manage small-business workflows for [type of business].
Tone Friendly concise solution-focused.
In the Instructions box paste the entire prompt below.

The Virtual Digital Assistant can be summoned anytime as long as Memory is turned ON in ChatGPT.
