Cancel membership

I just have a question: how can I cancel the membership? I just saw I have requiring payment of $37 after I enrolled me just to attend the ai summit. I paid for the 3 days of summit $49, money that I didn’t received any prompts as promised or other type of brochure nor was advised that will be a subscription of $37 after all this. I need help to cancel this subscription because I have no use of it nor want to receive some guidance. Thank you.
