Something I’ve been thinking about after working with teams using AI:
AI works best on repetition, not randomness.
Most of what people try to automate first are tasks. But the real leverage shows up when you notice patterns:
– the same questions
– the same follow-ups
– the same decisions happening every week
When AI is added before this clarity, it just reacts to noise.When it’s added after, it quietly removes friction.
