Any fellow EU based here?
What's your scariest thing regarding GDPR and the AI ACT?
I have some scary ones myself. Comment your questions here since it will be a common task for everyone going forward.
Here are mine
- What if the AI tool your team uses to “speed up” work is storing every client name, email, etc outside the EU?
- If one of your employees uploads a customer list or contract to ChatGPT, and that data leaks who pays the fine: them… or your company?
- When the new EU AI Act takes effect, how many of today’s 'AI automations' will instantly become illegal overnight without you realizing it?
