With deep love and longing for nostalgia brings feelings of missing and grieving the child-like parts of us and simpler times.
As adults we are programmed through different ways to harden, desensitize and forget what it is like to live a magical life filled with wonder and amazement.
As women we are taught that we show nurture and care and love by abandoning our needs and closing our lives off to sparkles in little moments.
I have found deep comfort, healing, nervous system regulation, manifesting and happiness in reconnecting with my inner child and asking her to show me ways that I have been blinded to through means of survival and traumas. She's taught me to open my eyes and see the light that life has to offer!
This process took a bit for me to navigate, but now I wish to share my tools and healing with like hearted and like-minded women who are burnt out, worn out, chronically sick, and who needs to learn how to become your own healer!
