Stand Out by Being Specific
Specific details make you stand out. General statements are easy to forget.
Instead of “Managed projects,” say: “Led a 5-person team to deliver a $250K project 3 weeks early.” Instead of “Supported sales,” say: “Improved lead follow-up process, helping increase close rate by 12%.”
It’s the same work, but a different story. Make your story memorable by being specific.
