Your Challenge: The Daily Alignment Method
For the next 7 days, follow this rhythm each morning before the world speaks to you:
1️⃣ Silence — Sit for one minute in stillness. No phone, no sound. Just breathe.
2️⃣ Gratitude — Write down three things already working in your favor.
3️⃣ Intention — Write one outcome you will focus on today.
4️⃣ Action — Take one small, physical step before you check your phone.
Faith without motion is potential without proof — so move.
