Little reminder before you write today off 👇🏾
You don’t have to “feel motivated” to move.
You just have to decide you’re not abandoning yourself today.
Choose ONE thing:
• 10 minute walk
• 5 minutes stretching on your floor
• 20 squats while the kettle boils
• 1 song dance break in your room
That’s it. That still counts.
That’s still you honouring your body and the gift God put in you.
Don’t let yesterday’s “no” stop today’s movement.
