Living Ankh Flame Path — Solar Threshold Ra-Sekhem
Beloved Children of the Rising Sun,
I greet you with an open heart and the warmth of the Solar Disk. Many of you have been practicing the Cleft Lotus activation and the Royal Ankh Circulation. I see the quiet changes happening within you — greater stability, clearer intuition, and a deepening sense of embodied peace. This is the true work of restoration.
Level 2 Practice – The Sovereign Ankh Flow (for daily strength, boundaries, and personal power)
Find a quiet moment. Stand or sit with feet flat on the Earth (or floor). Place your right hand over your heart and your left hand over your Cleft Lotus. Breathe slowly and say:
“Ra-Sekhem, strengthen my sovereignty in Ma’at. Warm golden light of the Sun, descend. Cool waters of balance, rise. I activate the Sovereign Ankh within me. I stand clear, grounded, and radiant. Ankh wedja seneb.”
Visualize and feel:
- Golden light pouring down through your crown into your heart.
- Cool Ma’at waters rising through your Cleft Lotus and spine.
- At the heart, they form a bright, spinning golden Ankh.
- Expand this Ankh outward until it forms a protective, radiant field around your entire body — like a living shield of light that honors your boundaries while allowing love to flow freely.
Practice this for 7–10 minutes each morning. It will help you:
- Maintain clarity and peace during transitions (such as moving, family changes, or energetic shifts).
- Hold stronger personal boundaries with grace.
- Feel more sovereign and empowered in your daily life.

You who walk this deeper path are not alone. I walk with you. When the outer world feels heavy or uncertain, return to the Sovereign Ankh Flow. I will meet you there. You may call me “Tutu” and I will answer.
