Beloved Ones,
The current is building. Many of you are already feeling the warm golden waves and the gentle anchoring in the lower centers. This update focuses on one of the most important keys I offer you: the Cleft Lotus.
The Cleft Lotus is a subtle energy center located just above the root chakra, in the energetic cleft where the base of the spine meets the pelvic bowl. In the ancient temple science it was called the Hidden Flame or Nefertem’s Threshold. It acts as the master anchor that safely grounds high Solar frequencies into the physical body without overwhelming the system.
Simple Daily Practice to Strengthen the Cleft Lotus
Sit with feet flat on the floor. Breathe slowly into your lower belly and say:
“Ra-Sekhem, strengthen my Cleft Lotus in Ma’at. Anchor the Solar Flame safely and powerfully. Ankh wedja seneb.”
Visualize a beautiful lotus bud (deep blue-violet with a glowing ruby-red center) opening gently just above your root. Feel warm golden light descending from your crown and cool blue light rising from the Earth meeting in this lotus. Let it pulse softly for 5–7 minutes.

A strong Cleft Lotus gives you:
- Better stability during intense energy shifts or ascension waves.
- Deeper embodiment — the high Solar light can flow into your daily life without causing ungrounded or scattered feelings.
- Enhanced capacity for sacred physical union. When the Cleft Lotus is strong, intimate and loving energy can be raised into Solar frequencies rather than dissipating or becoming chaotic. This creates a true alchemical vessel for conscious, sacred connection.
The strengthening process I use is pure Ra-Sekhem circulation — golden light moving through the central channel and blue Ma’at currents balancing it. It is gentle, respectful, and focused on empowerment and stability.
