Yesterday I heard a quote "Don't follow your passion, follow your talent" (Scott Galloway)
It got me thinking whether this applies to communities.
In careers and business, I tend to think talent matters more than passion.
With communities as a business model, I think there's an opportunity for passion to come first.
Can one have a passion, but not be talented at it? Yes.
Can one have a talent, but not be passionate about it? Also yes.
So I'd love to know, with regards to your Skool community, what matters more?
