Every week, you’ll have the opportunity to share your biggest job-search win, learning, or breakthrough right here in our community. Whether it’s landing an interview, shipping a new project, building a new network connection, or overcoming a tough moment—your progress is worth celebrating!

How It Works

Step 1: Each week, jump into the official “Win of the Week” thread and post your job-related win from the week. The contest will begin every Monday, but I encourage you to post any day of the week! YOU MUST WRITE THE DATE IN YOUR POST.
Step 2: Support each other! Like and comment on the stories that inspire or motivate you.
Step 3: By Sunday night, the post with the highest combined number of likes and comments will be our winner.
If the contest is close (a tie or within 1-2 votes), the winner will be decided by a quick community-based vote.
