A weekly live call for all members, whilst silver and gold members will get access to more group and individual calls with Coach Thomas.
I created this community to remove the Fluff from your fitness journey and lay things out really simply for YOU, no FAD diets, no Hollywood training programs, just traditional methods that have stood the test of time and will always lead to success.
