Question about rest period between pre-sets...
Apologies if this has already been answered somewhere but I don't think I came across the answer in the classroom.
How long should the rest period be between pre-sets? Is it the same for the working sets?
i.e. Do I need to leave 3-5mins between pre-sets when squatting for example? or can it be shorter because I am not working to failure?
