If you want to improve your English speaking skills, you can do it actively and independently in this group. Below are simple, effective ways to practise — no teacher required.
1️⃣ Post short voice messages
Choose a topic and record a 1–2 minute voice message.Suggested topics:
- a recent work challenge
- a meeting you had this week
- an idea or opinion related to your job
👉 Focus on speaking clearly, not being perfect.
2️⃣ Respond to other members (by voice)
Listen to at least two other voice messages and reply with:
- a short comment
- a follow-up question
- your own opinion
👉 This turns practice into a real conversation.
3️⃣ Repeat your message (improvement practice)
After recording once, record the same message again, trying to:
- reduce long pauses
- use clearer verb tenses
- sound more confident
👉 This is one of the fastest ways to improve fluency.
4️⃣ Practise in pairs or small groups
Connect with another member and arrange a 15–20 minute call.Simple structure:
- 5 minutes: introduce a topic
- 10 minutes: discuss or solve a problem
- 5 minutes: feedback (What was easy? What was difficult?)
👉 English only. No corrections during speaking.
5️⃣ Use new vocabulary in real sentences
When new words or phrases are shared in the group:
- record one sentence using them
- don’t explain — just use them naturally
👉 Speaking first, analysing later.
✅ Key rule
Progress comes from speaking regularly, not from waiting until you feel “ready”.Make mistakes, speak often, and support each other.
