1st Pic: 2016 107 kg/235 lbs
Obese and hated myself. Binge eating due to work stress and blackout drunk every weekend. I wanted to change and started to take ownership of my own life and health. So the journey started.
2nd Pic: 2018 75kg/165lbs
Down to 18% body fat, kinda skinny fat. I started to realize cardio and light weight lifting weren't enough, and I needed some serious strength training to get into better shape.
3rd Pic: 2020 88kg/195lbs
Around 20% body fat before the lockdown hit. The strongest I had been. 4 plates deadlift, 3 plates squat, and 2 plates bench. That was the goal, and I achieved the deadlift and bench press.
4th Pic: 2026 82kg/180lbs
Currently around 26% body fat with the same tank top from the 3rd pic, super skinny fat now. We own our wins and our losses, but now let's start the journey again 💪
