The May Triple Crown Gold Star Challenge is coming!!! 👑👑👑 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🏇
I’ve always been a fan of horse racing. And May is the kickoff of The Triple Crown, horse racing's biggest, most prestigious racing event of the horse racing year. It starts with the The Kentucky Derby. The Triple Crown is one of the most legendary achievements in horse racing. To win it, a horse has to win three major races in the same year — the Kentucky Derby, the Preakness Stakes, and the Belmont Stakes. It's so hard to do that only 13 horses in history have ever pulled it off. (If you've never seen the video of Secretariat winning the Belmont stakes and the Triple crown, it's the most legendary, mind blowing thing you'll ever watch! It will never be done again) When a horse wins the Triple Crown, it's not just a win, it's a dynasty moment. You become a legend. And I live in Kentucky, the horse racing capital of the world, so we’re off!! 🏇 Inspired by Resident Encyclopedia Man @Jeff Peden: The Triple Crown Gold Star Challenge will celebrate learning and showing up for each other! Showing up, being kind, being funny, and learning tarot stuff! We will have 3 categories: Showing Up Community Tarot It will be super easy, and super fun! And there will be prizes! Stay tuned for Friday’s Post (get it?? 😂😂)

Tarot talk tonight!! 🎉☕️
Our very own @Brandi Hurley and @Jeff Peden will be hosting tonight! I can't attend because we have to go look at a car and won't be back in time but I didn't want to cancel again! But don't you worry, Brandi is actually prepared, unlike me! 🤣 So, ya better show up! It will be a grand ole time and I wouldn't miss it, except I am... Ugh! Have too much fun without me!

April 30-9 of Swords
Tarot Symbolism Challenge ✨ Card of the Day: 9 of Swords The 9 of Swords is often called the “nightmare card,” but its symbols tell a deeper story about the mind, fear, and inner processing. 🖤 The Figure Sitting Upright in Bed This posture suggests sudden awakening—like being pulled from sleep by anxious thoughts. It reflects moments when the mind refuses to rest, looping through worries or regrets. 🌙 The Darkness Around Them The black background symbolizes the unknown, the unconscious, and the space where fears grow louder. It reminds us that what we can’t see clearly often feels the most overwhelming. 🗡️ The Nine Swords Hanging Above Swords represent thoughts, communication, and the mental realm. Here, they hang overhead like looming worries—suggesting intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or overthinking. Notice they don’t physically touch the figure… a reminder that not all thoughts are truth or reality. 🛏️ The Bed & Carvings Often decorated with symbols (like roses or zodiac imagery), the bed represents the personal, intimate space. This hints that these fears are deeply internal—connected to personal experiences, beliefs, or subconscious patterns. 👀 Covered Face / Hidden Expression The figure’s face is often buried in their hands, symbolizing shame, grief, or overwhelm. There may be something we’re avoiding, suppressing, or struggling to face. ✨ Symbolic Message: The 9 of Swords speaks to the power of the mind—both as a creator of fear and a pathway to awareness. It asks: Are your thoughts reflecting truth, or are they amplifying fear? This card invites compassion for yourself during anxious moments and reminds you that even in the darkest night, awareness is the first step toward release.
