Inspired by @Jenn Mccann we’re going to look to Sunday’s as a day for self reflection and positive set up for the week ahead! If you feel inspired, take some time today for yourself to think about what you want the upcoming week to look like. Then set at least one intention for the week. But no more than three. You don’t want to overwhelm yourself and feel disappointed if you don’t meet all of them.
