Reading Multiple Cards

How do you place your cards?

For example does the 1st card that you pull sor fly out goes to your right or left then the middle then which ever side is last. Of course this is a for 2 or more cards.

Do you read from left to right, Right to left, start with the major arcana if there is one or even the page, knight, queen, or king first? Do you read the card on the bottom deck?

Ive read fron left to right, started with a major arcana if there is one, read the bottom card of the deck. Sometimes I will observe the cards and allow it to tell me where to start.
